Schwahn/Harvey grant a variance of 32.5 feet, more or less, from <br /> the required setback from Marshall Road. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1. Addition is to end of existing nonconforming building addition will not <br /> encroach any closer to road. <br /> 2. -Addition will be farther from road than other buildings. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Proven case of unnecessary hardship. <br /> 2) . Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public <br /> interest. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #1205. Purcell/Kruschke grant a variance of 524 square feet from maximum <br /> permitted area and 3 feet from maximum permitted height. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1. Existing residence is very small; Only 680 square feet, was used <br /> for summer cottage only but will now be renovated and enlarged for <br /> a retirement home. <br /> 2. Size of building is required to store boat, canoes, dock, etc. Height <br /> is required because of motor home camper. <br /> 3. Other garages in the area are as large or larger. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Proven case of unnecessary hardship. <br /> 2) . Variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #1206. Harvey/Schwahn grant a variance of 31 feet from the required set- <br /> back from USH 51. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1. Highway is being re-located and future setback will be 63 feet <br /> from centerline - 30 foot right-of-way. <br /> 2. Property is only 1/2 lot; there is no other location available for <br /> . the garage. <br /> 3. Other properties in the area have garages as close to the road. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Proven case of unnecessary hardship. <br /> 2) . Variance is necessary to proivde right enjoyed by others. <br /> 3) .
