New building replaced one that was demolished by a car. Building was <br /> constructed in the same location. County Highway does not object to <br /> the location. <br /> i 2) . Farm lot is severely restricted by road and steep slope at West of farm <br /> buildings leaving very little room for a different location of the build n <br /> I Drive access must be maintained for equipment, etc. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Schwahn/Miller hold in abeyance and request that the town submit an <br /> engineering or landscape plan which includes proposed surface water run-off <br /> patterns and control; erosion and siltation control, ie: seeding, sodding; <br /> proposed plantings; etc. Motion carried <br /> #1215. Kruschke/Schwahn to grant a variance of 30 feet from the required set <br /> back from Maunesha Drive for 2 buildings as proposed and a variance of 34 <br /> feet from the required setback from STH 19 for one proposed building. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Plant facility is very congested with little. useable area remaining. <br /> Access for trucks must be provided. <br /> 2) . Two of the proposed buildings will be used to park "dead stock" trucks <br /> out of sight of the public and are a necessity by state regulation. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1. Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest <br /> Motion.carried. <br /> #1216. Miller/Schwahn to grant the Special Exception Permit subject to the <br /> following condition: The East side of the fill shall be stabilized by a suit - <br /> blc' method to prevent any siltation or erosion into the river. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Fill is necessary to provide.an adequate base for trucks. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . The project as planned, with specified conditions; will not result <br /> in substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, sedimenta- <br /> tion, impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and healthful <br /> conditions. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> t♦i .' <br />
