i 410 MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT COMMITTEE HELD ON July 28, 19 83 The Board of Adjustment committee met on July 28, 19 83 with the following members present: PRESENT: Kruschke, Voges, Purcell, Harvey ALSO PRESENT: Fleck. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Voges at 7:30 p.m. in Room #224 City-County Building to hold a public hearing as published by Class II notice. Motion by Purcell, seconded by Harvey to approve minutes of June 23 and July 26, 1983; motion carried. The notice was read and the public hearing was opened; testimony was recorded. #1161. Appeal by Allen Knudson for a variance from required setback from road as provided by Section 10.17 (1) (b) to permit construction of new silo at 10436 USH 18-151 in the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 - Section 9, Town of Blue Mounds. IN FAVOR: A. Knudson OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: None #1162. Appeal by John A. Weber for a variance from required setback from water as provided by Section 11.05 (c) & (d) to permit residential addition at 2224 Colladay Point Drive in the Harriet Colladay Subdivision Lot #1, Section 23, Town of Dunn.
