Paul for a variance from required side and rear <br /> yards, maximum lot coverage and maximum permitted square foot area of acces <br /> sory building as provided by Sections 10.04 (1) , 10.07 (5) and 10.16 (6) (a <br /> 2, to permit construction and relocation of accessory buildings on part of <br /> Lot #1, Block 4, Morris Park, Section 33, Town of Westport. <br /> IN FAVOR: Harold Mendenez, representing R. Paul OPPOSED: None <br /> COMMUNICATION: None <br /> #1166. Appeal by Fredrick B. Endres for a variance from required minimum <br /> rear yard as provided by Section 10.123 (9) to permit addition to residence <br /> at 986 CTH N in the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 16, Town of Dunkirk. <br /> IN FAVOR: F. Endres OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: Letter, Town Board <br /> in favor. <br /> #1167. Appeal by Michael J. Vernon - Section 34, Town of <br /> Springdale. <br /> IN FAVOR: W. Bolliger OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: None <br /> The public hearing was closed. <br /> #1161. Motion by Harvey, seconded by Purcell to grant a variance of 35 feel <br /> from required setback from USH 18-151. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Existing topography, cow yard, barn access and waterway restrict <br /> any other location for the silo. <br /> 2) . The highway is being re-located farther South and the silo will be <br /> in compliance with the required 63 foot setback from centerline <br /> when the existing highway becomes a town road. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1. Proven case of unnecessary hardship. <br /> 2. Variance isnot contrary to rights of others or to the public <br /> interest. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #1162. Motion by Kruschke, seconded by Harvey to grant a variance of 8 <br /> ( ' `` feet, more or less, from the required setback from the normal high water- <br /> line; construction may not encroach closer towards the lake than the <br /> existing residence. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) .
