MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY <br /> BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> COMMITTEE HELD ON JUNE 23, 19 8 3 <br /> The Board of Adjustment committee met on <br /> June 23, 83 <br /> 19 with the following members present: <br /> PRESENT: Voges, Kruschke, Schwahn, Harvey <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Fleck <br /> Meeting was called to order by Chairman Voges at 7:30 p.m. in hoom <br /> #224, City/County Building to hold a public hearing as published by <br /> Class II notice. Motion by Schwahn, second by Kruschke to approve <br /> minutes of May 26 and June 21, 1983. Motion carried. <br /> the notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #1153. Appeal by Paul Folbrecht for a variance from required setback <br /> from road as provided by Section 10. 17 (1) (b) to permit canopy over <br /> gas pumps at 1888 USH 51, Lots 1 & 2, CSM 506 in Section 25, Town of <br /> Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: Steve McCloskey; Norman Disch, contractor and manufacturer <br /> for canopy, representing P. Folbrecht. OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: <br /> None <br /> #1154. Appeal by John Montague for a variance from required setback <br /> from road as provided by Section 10.17 (5) to permit existing building <br /> at 4609 Thurston Road, in the NW 1/4, Section 5, Town of Fitchburg. <br /> IN FAVOR: Attorney Don Mitchel, representing J. Montague; Ingor Feljo <br /> OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: None <br /> #1555.
