MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT COMMITTEE HELD ON April 28, 19 83 The :Board of Adjustment committee met on April 28, 19 83 with the following members present: PRESENT: Harvey, Vcges, Purcell, Schwahn, Kruschke ALSO PRESENT: Fleck. Meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chairman Voges in Room 4224 City-County Building to hold a public hearing as published by Class II Notice. Motion by Schwahn, second by Purcell to approve the minutes of March 24 and April 26, 1983. Motion carried. 41142. Appeal by Gary Ripp for a variance from required setback from road as provided by Section 10.17 (3) (b) to permit new agricultural accessory building at 6353 Woodland Drive in the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 - Sec- tion 13, Town of Springfield. IN FAVOR: Cary Ripp OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: Letter TOWN BOARD: In favor #1143. Appeal by J. E. Graves for a variance from required lot area and parking spaces as provided by Section 10.08 (5) (c) and 10.18 (4) (b) converting office space to residential apartments at 700, 702 and 704 II W.
