MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT COMMITTEE HELD ON DECEMBER 16, 19 82 The Board of Adjustment committee met on December 16, 19 82 with the following members present: PRESENT: Kruschke, Voges, Purcell, Schwahn, Harvey ALSO PRESENT: Fleck. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Voges at 7:30 p.m. in Room #224 City-County Building to hold a public hearing as published by Class II Notice. Motion by Purcell, second by Kruschke to approve minutes of November 18, and December 14, 1982; motion carried. The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. #1118. Appeal by Gary Wipperfurth for a variance from required rear yard as provided by Section 10.06 (8) to permit an addition to resi- dence at 8980 C.T.H. "Y" in the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 - of Section 17, Town of Roxbury. IN FAVOR: G. Wipperfurth OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: R. Ballweg, Chairman, in favor. COMMUNICATION: None #1119. Appeal by Harleen Rector for a variance from the maximum per- mitted floor area for an accessory building as provided by Section 10.04 (1) to permit a residential garage at 933 Dane Street, Lot #16, Block #3, Oak Ridge, Section 35, Town of Madison. IN FAVOR: H. Rector OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: Letter from Town Board, in favor. 4. #112b. Appeal by the Department of Natural Resources for a Special Exception Permit as provided by Section 11.05 (g) to fill and grade within 300 feet of the West Branch of Token Creek in Part of the W 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 4, Town of Burke.
