MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY <br /> BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> COMMITTEE HELD ON OCTOBER 28, 1 9 82 <br /> The Board of Adjustment committee met on <br /> October 28, 82 <br /> 19 with the following members present: <br /> PRESENT: Harvey, Voges, Kruschke, Schwahn, Purcell <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Enger, Fleck. <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman Voges at 7:30 p.m. in <br /> Room #224 - City-County Building to hold a public hearing as published <br /> by Class II notice. Motion by Schwahn, second by Purcell to approve <br /> the minutes of September 23 and October 26, 1982; motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> 4110 #1104. Appeal by Don Chellevold for a variance from required lot width <br /> as provided by Section 11.05 (b) to divide property at 2340 C.T.H. <br /> AB which is comprised of Lots 27, 28 and part of Lot #26, Block #1, <br /> Colladay Park, Section 23, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: D. Chellevold OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: Letter; <br /> Town of Dunn; in favor. LETTER: Dane County Highway; concern with <br /> drive access. <br /> #1105. Appeal by Robert Holtz and Carroll Hanson for a variance from <br /> required setback from road as provided by Section 10.17 (3) to permit <br /> location of new garage as constructed at 5079 Enchanted Valley Road, <br /> Lot #1, C.S.M. #4-172, SW 1/4 SW 1/4 - Section 25, Town of Berry. <br /> IN FAVOR: R. Holtz OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: None <br /> #1106. Appeal by Charles T. Wagner for a variance from maximum floor <br /> area of an accessory building as provided by Section 10.04 (1) to <br /> permit a garage on Lot #4, C.S.M. 11-103, Section 5, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: C. Wagner OPPOSED: John B. Mueller, William L. Thompson <br /> COMMUNICATION: Letters in opposition: H. Friedman, Ethuns, J. Ginter, <br /> W. Thompson and J. Mueller.
