MINUTES <br /> BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> August 26, 1982 <br /> PRESENT: Schwahn, Voges, Kruschke, Purcell, Harvey <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Fleck <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman William Voges in Room #224 <br /> City/Co. Building at 7:30 P.M. to hold a public hearing as published by <br /> Class II notice. Motion by Schwahn, second by Kruschke to approve the <br /> minutes of July 22 and August 24, 1982. Motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #1090. Appeal by Dennis Weston for a variance from required setback from <br /> property line and normal high waterline as provided by Section 10.16 (5) <br /> (b) 2. and 11.05 (d) to permit a deck addition to residence at 2108 Barber <br /> Drive, Lot #20, Lincoln Park - Section 26, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: Walter Kwiecinski, Representing D. Weston OPPOSED: None <br /> COMMUNICATION: Letter, Town Board request to hold in abeyance. <br /> #1091.
