MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY Board of Adjustment COMMITTEE HELD ON June 24. 1982 The Board of Adjustment committee met on June 24, 19_82 with the following members present: Voges, Harvey, Purcell. Also, Enger, Fleck. The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Chairman Voges in Room 226 City/County Building to hold a public hearing as published by Class II notice. Motion by Harvey, 2'nd by Purcell to approve the minutes of May 27 and June 22, 1982; motion carried. Motion by Purcell 2'nd by Harvey to approve Wm. Voges as a committee of one for the June 22, 1982 inspection trip; motion carried. The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. #1075. Appeal by Jewel Starry for a variance from required setback from road as provided by Sec. 10. 17(4) to permit re-construction of a porch at 6896 Canal St. , Lot 6 Block 6 Paoli, Section 3 Town of Montrose. IN FAVOR: J. Starry OPPOSED: none TOWN BOARD: P. Francois, Chairman, no objection COMMUNICATION: none. #1076. Appeal by Anthony J. and Carol J.
