Building to hold a public hearing as published by Class <br /> II notice. Motion by Schwahn second by Purcell to approve the minutes <br /> of March 25 and April 20, 1982. Motion carried. Motion by purcell, <br /> second by Schwahn to excuse Alan Harvey. Motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #1053. Appeal Jon and Judy Urness for a variance from required setback <br /> from road as provided by Section 10.17 (2) to permit construction of <br /> a silo at 4360 C.T.H.
