Appeal by Robert Vejuoda for a variance from required lot width <br /> and area as provided by Section 10. 10 (4) and 11.05 (b) to permit <br /> creation of new lots at 2100 Barber Drive, part Lots 16 thru 19, Lincoln <br /> Park, Section 26, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: R. Ve uoda OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: Letters of no <br /> objection from TNelma and Howard Anderson; M. J. Weston and R. A. Grum. <br /> #1060. Appeal by Harold and Virginia Harrison for a variance from re- <br /> quired side yard as provided by Section 10.16 (5) (a) 2 to permit an <br /> addition to residence at 2258 C.T.H. "AB", part Lot #10, Washington <br /> Park - Section 23, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: H. Harrison OPPOSED: None <br /> #1054. Recalled: IN FAVOR: H. Schlimgen OPPOSED: None <br /> COMMUNICATION: None <br /> The public hearing was closed. <br /> #1053. Motion by Kruschke, second by Purcell to grant a variance of <br /> 28 feet from the required setback from C.T.H. "JJ". <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1. Location of silo is limited because of existing buildings and <br /> access to them; farm yard complex is squeezed between road and <br /> creek; proposed location is in line with existing silos. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1. Proven case ofunnecessary hardship. <br /> 2. Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public <br /> interest. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #1054. Motion by Purcell, second by Schwahn to grant the Special <br /> Exception Permit as requested. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1. Entire project is being designed and supervised by S.C.S. and <br /> siltation, erosion and adverse effects to fish or aquatic life <br /> will be controlled. <br /> 2. Project is designed to eliminate pollution of creek. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #1055. Motion by Schwahn, second by Kruschke to grant the Special <br /> Exception Permit with the following requirements: <br /> Banks of new ditches and existing ditch banks which have been disturbed <br /> by the dredging shall be seeded with fast growing grasses and mulched <br /> • to prevent siltation or erosion. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1. Project is necessary to correct the existing retention of water <br /> in the cropland during heavy rainfall. <br />
