Motion by Harvey, second by Schwahn to grant a variance of 17 feel <br /> from required setback from C.T.H. "Y". CONDITION: The building or <br /> pertinent portion thereof shall be removed at the owners expense if <br /> future road improvement requires additional right-of-way. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1. "Dry Beach" design will substantially prevent erosion of sand and <br /> alleviate necessity of replacement of more than 1 or 2 loads of <br /> sand per year on each beach. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> The project as planned, will not result in substantial detriment to <br /> navigable waters by erosion, sedimentation, impairment of fish or <br /> aquatic life, or safe and healthful conditions and in fact should <br /> improve these conditions. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #1026.
