MINUTES <br /> DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> Meeting of November 19, 1981 <br /> PRESENT: Voges, Harvey, Schwahn, Purcell <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Enger, Fleck. <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman Voges at 7:30 p.m. in Room <br /> #224 City-Co. Building to hold a public hearing as published by Class <br /> II Notice. Motion by Schwahn second by Harvey to approve the minutes <br /> of October 22, and November 17, 1981. Motion carried. <br /> Notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> i <br /> #1034. Appeal by John and Barbara Atlee for a Special Exception Permit <br /> as provided by Section 10. 05 (g) to fill and grade within 300 feet of <br /> Token Creek for the purpose of constructing a pond in the N 1/2 NW 1/4 <br /> Section 3, Town Burke. <br /> IN FAVOR: Rolf Killingstad & Larry Ryan, engineers representing the <br /> Atlees. OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: None <br /> #1035. Appeal by Harriet and James Vander Meer for a variance from maxi- <br /> mum permitted floor area, as provided by Section 10.04 (1) , to permit <br /> construction of an accessory building in the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 - Section 6 <br /> T7N, R9E - Town of Westport. <br /> CY IN FAVOR: J. Vander Meer OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: Letter <br /> Westport - Town Board and Plan Commission, no objection. <br /> #1036. Appeal by Joe Goeden for a variance from required setback from <br /> road as provided by Section 10.17 (3) to permit construction of a farm <br /> accessory building at 6822 Goeden Road in the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 - Section <br /> 26, Town of Dane. <br /> !
