Motion by Voges, second by Schwahn to hold in abeyance for 30 days <br /> to allow time for the town to initiate road vacating procedure. Motion <br /> (11,, carried, Kruschke voting no. Motion by Voges, second by Schwahn to send <br /> letter to Town Board requesting prompt action on vacating. Motion carried. <br /> #981. Motion by Schwahn, second by Purcell to grant a variance of 5 feet <br /> from the required setback from normal high water line. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1. Addition will not be utilized for residential purposes and will not <br /> be closer to water line than the existing non-conforming residence. <br /> 2. Denial of variance would not provide additional shoreland protection. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> a. Proven case of unnecessary hardship. <br /> b.
