Motion by Voges, second by Kruschke, to grant a variance of 37 <br /> feet from the required setback from road. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1. Proposed building will be within the existing farm yard complex. To <br /> locate it otherwise would necessitate use of cropland at some distance <br /> from farm yard. <br /> 2. Belt Road is a little used road servicing only one other farm which <br /> also has access onto Matz Road. <br /> CONCLUSION:_ <br /> a. Proven case of unnecessary hardship. <br /> b. Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public in- <br /> terest. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #608. Fox, Town of York. The Board reviewed a letter request from Mr. <br /> Fox for an extension of variance authorization for construction of a <br /> farm accessory building as per Section 10. 26 (9) - Dane County Zoning <br /> Ordinance. Motion by Voges, second by Purcell to extend the authoriza- <br /> tion thru April 23, 1981. Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Voqes, second by Purcell to adjourn .
