Belt Road is a little used road servicing only one other farm which <br /> also has access onto Matz Road. <br /> CONCLUSION:_ <br /> a. Proven case of unnecessary hardship. <br /> b. Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public in- <br /> terest. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #608. Fox, Town of York. The Board reviewed a letter request from Mr. <br /> Fox for an extension of variance authorization for construction of a <br /> farm accessory building as per Section 10. 26 (9) - Dane County Zoning <br /> Ordinance.
