Graded and distrubed areas, other than drive-way, shall be sodded, <br /> or seeded and mulched to prevent siltation and erosion. <br /> 3. The applicant shall request inspection by the Dane County Zoning <br /> Department upon completion of the project. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1. Project is necessary to provide access to proposed dead-stock <br /> retention building. <br /> 2. Fill is primarily crushed rock for driveway. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1. The project as planned, with specified conditions; will not <br /> result in substantial detriment to navigable waters by ero- <br /> sion, sedimentation, impairment of fish or aquatic life, or <br /> safe and healthful conditions. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS: Letter from Attorney John G. Barsness in behalf of Ken <br /> Laufenberg (variance appeal #1002, denied 6/25/81) requesting permission <br /> to re-apply for same variance within one year of denial based on new <br /> evidence: <br /> 1) . Re-location order on S.T.H. 78. 2) . Building compliance will <br /> (6, cost $15,440.00.
