MINUTES <br /> Board of Adjustment <br /> PRESENT: Kruschke, Voges, Dahlk, Purcell <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Enger, Fleck. <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman Dahlk at'C7G30 p.m. in Room <br /> #224 City-County Building, to hold a public hearing as advertised by <br /> Class II Notice. Motion by Voges, second by Kruschke to amend the <br /> minutes of November 20, 1980 to include in the decision on Appeal #950 <br /> a directive to the Zoning Department to initiate legal action against <br /> Gotzion Swimming Pools for violation of the Zoning Ordinance; to approve <br /> the minutes of November 20 as amended and to approve' the minutes of <br /> December 16, 1980. Motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #954. Appeal by Morris Mikkelson for a Special Exception Permit as <br /> provided by Section 10.16 (7) (g) to fill and grade adjacent to Mud <br /> Creek in the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 - Section 3, Town of Christiana. <br /> IN FAVOR: Morris Mikkelson OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: None <br /> #955. Appeal by Eugene Treinen for a variance from the required setback <br /> from road as provided by Section 10.17 (1) - to permit an addition to a <br /> barn at 7797 U.S.H. 113, NE 1/4 SE 1/4 - Section 3, Town of Dane. <br /> IN FAVOR: E. Treinen OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: None <br /> #956. Appeal by Frank Cheng-Fu Chen for variances from required side <br /> yard and parking spaces as provided by Section 10.11 (6) , 10.11 (8) <br /> and 10.18 (h) to permit addition to the building at 2705 West Beltline <br /> Highway, SW 1/4 SW 1/4 - Section 34, Town of Madison. <br /> IN FAVOR: Attorney Dave Stewart; F. Chen OPPOSED: None <br /> COMMUNICATION: Telephone call from Town of Madison, Barb Hanna, Town <br /> Board approved with condition that verification of permission to share <br /> parking on the Goodwill property is submitted. Theis. <br /> OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: Telephone call from Herman Hoffman, <br /> Chairman Town of Berry, Town Board has no objection. <br /> #958. Appeal by James J.
