Motion by Voges, second by Schwahn to approve the minutes of <br /> September 25 and October 21, 1980. Motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #938. Appeal by James Roth for a variance from required setback from pro- <br /> perty line as provided by Section 10.16 (6) (a) 4, to permit an accessory <br /> building on Lot #61, Second Addition E. L. Gallagher Plat at 501 Gannon <br /> Avenue, Section 5, Town of Blooming Grove. <br /> IN FAVOR: Sharon Roth OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: By Supervisor <br /> William Voges; in favor. COMMUNICATION: None <br /> #939. Appeal by Oscar Seibel for a variance from required rear yard, as <br /> provided by Section 10.123 (9) (a) , to permit a deck addition to residence <br /> at 7699 Morrisonville Road, part of NE 1/4 SE 1/4 - Section 7, Town of <br /> Springfield. <br /> IN FAVOR: O.
