Letter from Attorney Dave Stewart requesting withdrawal. Motion <br /> by Purcell, second by Voges to grant withdrawal of appeal. <br /> #916. Letter from Ron Hayes, agent for William Waterman, requesting re- <br /> consideration. Motion by Purcell, second by Voges to reconsider and reve se <br /> decision; permit granted subject to conditions: <br /> 1. Filled and graded areas shall be sodded or seeded with fast growin; <br /> grasses to prevent erosion. <br /> 2. If seeded, area shall be mulched. <br /> 3. Project shall be engineered as per the plan submitted; #8-1284, <br /> 8/21/80 - by Held and Associates. <br /> 4. The project, constructed as proposed, will provide for a gradual <br /> "sheet" drainage pattern which will not cause increased run-off <br /> on adjacent properties. <br /> 5. The project if constructed as per proposed will not cause siltatio , <br /> impairment of fish or aquatic life, unsafe or unhealthful conditio s. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #839. Motion by Kruschke, second by Voges to amend variance from 10 <br /> feet to 11 feet; finding of fact and conclusion to remain the same as <br /> previously etermined on October 25, 1979. Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Voges, second by Schwahn to adjourn.
