Motion by Voges, second by Schwahn to approve the minutes of <br /> April 24 and May 20, 1980. Motion carried. The notice was read and the <br /> public hearing was opened. <br /> #887. Appeal by Gerard Ramsden for a variance from required setback <br /> from normal high waterline as provided by Section 10.21 (3) and 10.16 (7) <br /> (d) - Dane County Zoning Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit an <br /> addition to the residence on Lot #16, Washington Park and part of Lot #1, <br /> Block #1, Colladay Park, 2276 C.T.H.
