Motion carried. #891. Motion by Schwahn, second by Kruschke co grant a variance of 22 feet from required rear yard. FINDING OF FACT: 1. Existing residence is non-conforming as to rear yard. 2. Any addition to rear or sides of residence would require a varianc: CONCLUSION: a. Proven case of unnecesary hardship. b. Variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. c. Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. Motion carried. #590. R. Aberg, Town of Dunn letter requesting extension of expiration of permit #590. Motion by Kruschke, second by Purcell to grant the extension as requested 4;10 Permit will be valid through August 15, 1981. Motion carried. #689. Motion by Voges, second by Purcell to withhold approval of pro- ject until the railroad tie retaining wall on the right-(east) property line is corrected. The wall is leaning outward at the top. Said wall shall be tiered or stepped into the bank towards the residence and secure by anchor rods through the ties, a minimum of one every 4 feet. Complianc: will be expected no later than June 23, 1980. Motion by Voges, second by Schwahn to adjourn. Meeting was adjourned.
