Any addition to rear or sides of residence would require a varianc: <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> a. Proven case of unnecesary hardship. <br /> b. Variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> c. Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public <br /> interest. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #590. R. Aberg, Town of Dunn letter requesting extension of expiration <br /> of permit #590. <br /> Motion by Kruschke, second by Purcell to grant the extension as requested <br /> 4;10 Permit will be valid through August 15, 1981. Motion carried. <br /> #689. Motion by Voges, second by Purcell to withhold approval of pro- <br /> ject until the railroad tie retaining wall on the right-(east) property <br /> line is corrected. The wall is leaning outward at the top. Said wall <br /> shall be tiered or stepped into the bank towards the residence and secure <br /> by anchor rods through the ties, a minimum of one every 4 feet.
