Additional right-of-way required by City of Madison changed status <br /> of road right-of-way. The 20 foot setback would have been per- <br /> mitted if this change had not occurred. <br /> 2. Proposed residence will be farther back than adjacent residence to <br /> the right. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> a) . Proven case of unnecessary hardship. <br /> b) . Findin• <br /> of fact and conclusions are the same as previously recorded.
