MINUTES <br /> Board of Adjustment <br /> Meeting of Feb. 28, 1980 <br /> PRESENT: Dahlk, Voges, Purcell, Schwahn, Kruschke <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Enger, Fleck <br /> Meeting called to order by Chairman Dahlk at 7:30 p.m. in Room #224 <br /> City-County Building to hold a public hearing as advertised by Class <br /> II- notice. Motion by Voges second by Purcell to approve the minutes <br /> of January 24 and February 19, 1980. Motion carried. <br /> Notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #865. Appeal by Roger L. Abraham for a variance from required setback <br /> from C.T.H. "TT" and an increase of facilities for a non-conforming use <br /> as provided by Section 10.17 (2) and 10.21 (1) - Dane County Zoning <br /> Ordinance. Variance are necessary to permit an addition to an existing <br /> residence located in a C-1 Commercial District at 6014 C.T.H. "TT", <br /> NE 1/4 NW 1/4 - Section 8, Town of Medina. <br /> IN FAVOR: R. Abraham OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: Letter from <br /> Town Board in favor. Letter from Dane County Highway, no objection. <br /> #866. Appeal by Chris Harbort for a variance from required side yard as <br /> provided by Section 10.13 (6) (a) - Dane County Zoning Ordinance. Vari- <br /> ance is necessary to permit construction of stoop and steps for a build- <br /> ing located at 2022 Fordem Avenue, Section 12, Town of Madison. <br /> IN FAVOR: Chris Harbort OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: Letter from <br /> Town Board; in favor. <br /> #867. Appeal by Robert Overbaugh for a variance from required setback <br /> from road as provided by Section 10.17 (3) - Dane County Zoning Ordinance <br /> Variance is necessary to permit construction of an enclosed screen porch <br /> for the residence located at 2373 C.T.H. "AB", Lot #1, First Addition to <br /> Orvold's Park, Section 14 and 23 Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: R. Overbaugh OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: None • <br /> #868. Appeal by Body Shop Supply Co. , Inc. for a variance from required <br /> distance from an intersection as provided by Section 10.71 (2) (b) and <br /> 10.72 (2) (b) - Dane County Zoning Ordinance. Variance is necessary to <br /> permit a sign at the intersection of Fish Hatchery Road (C.T.H. D) and <br /> Culmen Street, Section 35, Town of Madison. <br /> IN FAVOR: Dean Reinke, representing Body Shop Supply Co. OPPOSED: Non: <br /> COMMUNICATION: Letter from Town Board; in favor. Letter from Dane Count <br /> Highway; no objection. <br /> #869. Appeal by Controlled Surface Finishing, Inc. for a variance from <br /> required setback from a Class "A" Highway as provided by Section 10.17 <br /> (1) - Dane County Zoning Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit <br /> construction of a building at 830 U.S.H. 51, SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 3, <br /> Town of Dunkirk. <br />
