MINUTES <br /> Board of Adjustment <br /> Meeting of January 24, 1980 <br /> 41411, PRESENT: Dahlk, Purcell, Schwahn, Kruschke <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Enger, Fleck - Voges excused. <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman Dahlk at 7:30 p.m. in <br /> Room #224 - City-County Building to hold a public hearing as advertised <br /> by Class II Notice. Motion to approve the minutes of December 20, 1979 <br /> and January 22, 1980 by Purcell second by Schwahn. Motion carried. <br /> Motion to approve per diem and mileage for Phyllis Schwahn on January <br /> 4, 1980. Meeting to review finding of fact and minutes pertaining to <br /> appeal #856. Motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #857. Appeal by Operation Fresh Start for a variance from the required <br /> setback from road as provided by Section 10. 17 (4) - Dane County Zoning <br /> Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit installation of a solar <br /> heating system for the residence located at 844 Hughes Place, Lot #13 <br /> Miller Park, Section 35 - Town of Madison. <br /> IN FAVOR: Ron Benzo OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: None <br /> #858. Appeal by Phillip J. Iterbide for a variance from required set- <br /> back from lot line as provided by Section 10. 16 (5) (b) 2. - Dane County <br /> Zoning Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit addition of an entry- <br /> way for the residence at 3112 Webb Avenue, Lot #9, Block #4 - E. L. <br /> Gallagher Plat - Section 5, Town of Blooming Grove. <br /> IN FAVOR: P. Iterbide OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: Letter from <br /> Town Board, opposed. <br /> #859. Appeal by Doral Richardson for a variance from required setback <br /> from road as provided by Section 10.17 (2) - Dane County Zoning Ordinanc-. <br /> Variance is necessary to permit an addition to residence at 3314 C.T.H. <br /> "JG" , Section 35, Town of Vermont. <br /> IN FAVOR: D. Richardson OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: Letter; <br /> Dane County Highway, no objection. <br /> #860. Appeal by Roger Gust for a Special Exception Permit to dredge <br /> and place fill within 300 feet of the Sugar River as provided by Section <br /> 10.16 (7) (g) -Dane County Zoning Ordinance. Dredging, etc. is necessar <br /> to clean-out an existing drainage ditch in the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 7, <br /> Town of Verona. <br /> IN FAVOR: Roger Gust OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: H. Dahlk, Chairman, <br /> Town has not objection COMMUNICATION: None <br /> #861. Appeal by George F. Brown for a variance from required setback <br /> from road as provided by Section 10. 17 (3) - Dane County Zoning Ordinanc_. <br /> Variance is necessary to permit construction of a farm shed at 6622 Sun- <br /> set Drive, Section 35, Town of Verona. <br />
