ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5620 G <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> WESTPORT <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> zoning District Maps of the Town of Westport be amended to include in the R-4 <br /> Residential and RH-4 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5620: <br /> Part of the N 1/2 SW 1/4 Section 10, Town of Westport described as follows: TO <br /> R-4: Beginning at a point on the Westerly right-of-way of Highway 113, which <br /> is North 800 feet from the South line of said NE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence S 89° 42' <br /> 31" West, (also recorded as West) 600.00 feet; thence n 00° 17' 28" West 35.00 <br /> feet; thence N 89° 42' 31" East 600.00 feet to a point on said Westerly <br /> right-of-way of Highway 113; thence S 00° 17' 28" East, along said right-of-way <br /> 35 feet to the point of beginning.
