Access <br /> rights to properties adjacent to STH 113 along this section of the highway were purchased under <br /> Project T0219(2). Under this project, access to the original parcel of which this zoning petition <br /> is a part of, was limited to one A.P. Agri 6'and one S.C. (Agri). These two access points are <br /> currently being used south of the proposed zoning change. <br /> Access to the proposed re-zoned lands will have to be provided by Hogan Road.
