Appeal by John M. Roidt for a variance from required lot width and lot <br /> area as provided by Sections 10.05(4) & 11.03(1) to permit transfer of land <br /> between adjoining owner in shoreland area at 3429 Stony Crest Road in the SW <br /> 1/4 SW 1/4 - Section 13, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: J. Roidt OPPOSED: H. Forsythe COMMUNICATION: Town Board & <br /> Letter from C. Miller. <br /> #1786. Appeal by Iuro & Associates, agent for Amoco Oil for a variance from <br /> required setback from road as provided by Section 10.17(2) (b) to permit canopy <br /> (11,, over gas islands at 4905 CTH V in the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 - Section 24, Town of <br /> Vienna. <br /> IN FAVOR: B.
