Structure constructed without zoning permit. <br /> 2. Sufficient room on lot to locate structure without need for variance. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1. Unnecessary hardship was not proven. <br /> Carried - 4-0. <br /> #1794. Rendall/Quackenbush to grant variance of 15 feet more or less from <br /> required setback to normal high watermark to permit deck addition as <br /> constructed. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1. Deck is further from normal high watermark than others in area. <br /> 2. Lot is 20 feet more or less above the present water level and not <br /> 41, obstructing any view. <br />
