Sign location is in line with other signs in commercial plat. <br /> 2. Sign will not obstruct vision triangle as sign is elevated above line of <br /> sight. <br /> 3. Location, relative to building yards dictate sign be deemed "directory" <br /> rather than "on premise". <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1. Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. <br /> Carried - 4-0. <br /> #1798. Quackenbush/Rendall to grant permit with conditions to clean out <br /> tributary to Yahara River. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. That all work be performed in compliance with approved engineering <br /> standards and all applicable governmental rules and regulations particularly <br /> Section 11.05(4) of Dane County Ordinance. <br /> 2. That there be filed with the Zoning Department a certificate of compliance <br /> by a licensed engineer at the completion of the project. <br /> 3. Project completed within 6 months of granting. <br />
