Applicant indicated he wished not to pursue special exception at public <br /> hearing. <br /> 2). Applicant obtained permit for addition and did not show site work that <br /> would require special exception permit. • <br /> 3). Request was abeyed for 2 hearings and letter sent informing of rehearing <br /> - no response from applicant. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Permit denied. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #1767. Sam - Montrose - 9/22/88 public hearing. <br /> Quackenbush/Harvey to grant variance of 26 feet more or less from required <br /> setback centerline of Quarry Road to permit garage construction. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: • <br /> 1) . The property is severely handicapped by extreme slope both toward and <br /> away from building site. <br /> 2). Quarry Road is only a short stub road and applicant has only home on it. <br /> CONCLUSION: • <br /> 1) . Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. <br /> At <br /> 2) . Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much s possible without <br /> injustice to applicant. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> Other Business: • <br /> 1) . Report to Board by Steven H. Reynolds re: status Of #1656 - Christopher <br /> - Pleasant Springs. <br /> 2). #1746 Uni-Pump - Madison - 8/25/88 public hearing.
