Rendall/Harvey to hold in abeyance until November 17th hearing due to <br /> request by both principals involved. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #1780. Quackenbush/Harvey to grant variance of 1.5 feet more or less from <br /> required right sideyard to permit chimney addition to existing residence. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1). Chimney offers minimal intrusion into required sideyard. <br /> 2). Adjoining lot is presently vacant. <br /> 3). No objections were received. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible without <br /> injustice to applicant. <br /> 2). Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #1781. Quackenbush/Rendall to grant with condition special exception permit <br /> to construct wildlife pond and spread spoils within 300 feet of Elvers Creek. <br /> CONDITION: <br /> 1) . Subject to approval by all other necessary governmental agencies. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: • <br /> 1) . Applicant is working with D.N.R. on design specifications. <br /> 2) . Purpose for pond is wildlife enhancement. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . The project as planned, with specified conditions; will not result in <br /> substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, sedimentaion, impairment <br /> of fish or aquatic life, or safe and healthful conditions. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #1782. Harvey/Quackenbush to hold in abeyance until November 17th public <br /> hearing to allow resolution of questions re: existing buildings on lot with <br /> residence. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #1783. Quackenbush/Harvey to hold in abeyance until January 26th 1989 public <br /> hearing to allow applicant to enlist comments from concerned agencies, ie. <br /> EMS, Fire District, Township and etc. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #1784. Quackenbush/Harvey to hold in abeyance until November 17th public <br /> hearing to allow Staff input re: similar variances in area, report from Norb <br /> Scribner and submittal of site plan for proposed residence. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> Petitions from previous hearings: <br /> #1661. Kundert - Pleasant Springs - 1/28/88 public hearing. <br /> Quackenbush/Harvey to hold in abeyance until November 17th public hearing to <br /> allow Zoning Administrator comments re: acceptable engineering data <br /> Cr . <br /> submission. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br />
