Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. <br /> 2. Variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> Carried 4-0. <br /> #1763. Quackenbush/Jones to grant variance of 9.4 feet more or less from <br /> minimum required right-of-way. Setback of Yahara Road to permit addition to <br /> existing residence. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1. Addition will not extend nearer to right-of-way than does existing <br /> structure. <br /> 2. Project is located 10 feet more or less above road grade. <br /> 3. Residence is in need of major structural repair/replacement. <br /> 4. No objection from town. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1.
