Jones/Quackenbush to grant variance of 18 feet plus or minus from <br /> required setback from right-of-way of Lochinvars Trail to permit construction <br /> of residence. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1. Cul-de-sac constructed with 75 foot radius while 60 foot radius is <br /> standard. <br /> 2. Proposed setback will keep consistent distance from blacktop with <br /> adjoining conforming residence. <br /> 3. Septic area and slope of land limit buildable area. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1. Variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> 2.
