Pool is limited to 16' X 32 ' maximum poolsize. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1. Forest Park Drive presently is unimproved and is uncertain as to when road <br /> will be improved or extended. <br /> 2. Pool is in-ground and will not offer any visionary obstruction. <br /> 3. Applicant will resolve question of fencing with town. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1. Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible without <br /> injustice to applicant. <br /> Carried 4-0. <br /> #1757.
