Branch Sugar River at 9902 Blue Valley Road in the NE 1/4 <br /> SW 1/4 - Section 35, Town of Blue Mounds. <br /> IN FAVOR: P. Haynes OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: Town Board. <br /> Board rendered following decisions: <br /> #1742. Harvey/Quackenbush to grant with conditions variance of 32 more or <br /> less feet from required setback to right-of-way of CTH CV to permit canopy <br /> over existing gas islands. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1) . Any improvements constructed shall be removed at owner's expense if <br /> future highway improvements require additional right-of-way. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Proposed copy extends 1 foot nearer to right-of-way than existing canopy. <br /> 2) . Canopy is supported by post located on permitted gas islands. <br /> 3). Similar variances granted in area. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1). Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. <br /> 2). Variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> Carried - 4-0. <br /> #1743. Harvey/Quackenbush to grant variance of 1.7 more or less feet from <br /> required left sideyard to permit existing residence and proposed 16' x 21' <br /> addition. <br />
