A E.O.A./Minutes/7/28/88 <br /> Ikby Page 4 <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. Permit granted as per plans submitted. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> €1731. Quackenbush/Harvey to grant permit with conditions to construct pond, <br /> 3 bridges, fill, grade and rip-rap for golf course expansion. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. Verification by a professional engineer will be provided, upon completion, <br /> to assure the standards of 11.05(4) are met. 2. Permit valid thru 1989. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1. Applicant is working with D.N.R. regarding rip-rap for bank <br /> stabilization. 2. The project should stabilize and improve the area. <br /> CONCLUSION: ' <br /> 1. The project as planned will not result in substantial detriment to <br /> navigable waters by erosion, sedimentation, impairment of fish or aquatic <br /> life, or safe and healthful conditions. <br /> 2. The project as planned will preserve the natural shoreline. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> 141732. Harvey/Rendall to grant variance of 25 more or less acres from <br /> required lot area in the A-1 Ex. District. <br /> FINING OF FACT: <br /> 1. Applicant wishes to create lot for second residence on farm. <br /> 2. Farm is split between Dane & Rock Counties with 15 more or less acres <br /> being in Dane County. <br /> 3. Applicant would not be eligible for Farmland Preservation Tax Credit if <br /> variance not granted. <br /> CONCLUSIONS: <br /> 1. Hardship is caused by the Ordinance and is not self-imposed. <br /> 2. Variance preserves the Zoning Ordinance as much as possible without <br /> injustice to applicant. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> # 1733. Quackenbush/Rendall to grant variance of 9 feet more or less from <br /> required setback to centerline of USH 12 to permit addition to existing barn. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1. Addition is feasible only to the North and intrusion is minimal. <br /> 2. Barn addition will be further setback than several other farm buildings. <br /> CONCLUSIONS: <br /> 1. Variance preserves the Zoning Ordinance as much as possible without <br /> injustice to applicant. <br /> 2. Variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #1734. Harvey/Quackenbush to grant variance with conditions of 16 more or <br /> less feet from required setback to centerline CTH DM to permit construction of <br /> farm accessory building. <br /> 4■11, CONDITIONS: 1. Existing pig house partially within right-of-way shall be <br /> removed. 2. There shall be no entrance/exit from the North side of building <br /> (facing highway) . 3. Structure shall be removed at owners expense if future <br /> improvement requires additional right-of-way. <br />
