Structure was constructed without required permits. <br /> 2) . Applicant made no attempt to contact any governmental office regarding <br /> building location. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Unnecessary hardship was not proven. <br /> #1610. Quackenbush/Miller to deny requested variance from setback from normal <br /> high waterline and sideyard for deck addition to residence. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Proposed deck extends 16 feet from residence and will be located at <br /> shoreline. <br /> 2) . Applicant expressed reluctance to entertain relocated or reduced <br /> structure. <br /> 3) . D.N.R. expressed opposition. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Unnecessary hardship was not proven. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #1611. Miller/Jones to grant permit to fill and grade landscaping around new <br /> addition, pier slab and sand volleyball court. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . projects as planned offers a minimal of earth disturbing activity. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Permit granted as per plans submitted. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #1612. Jones/Miller to grant with conditions, variance of 31.5 feet more or <br /> less from required setback from right-of-way <br /> CTH G to permit construction of residential garage. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Structure shall be removed at owner's expense if future roadway <br /> improvements should require additional right-of-way. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . County Highway has a acquired a large quantity of right-of-way in this <br /> area. <br /> 2) . Location of structure is limited by severe slope and septic system. <br /> 3) . County Highway does not object. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance preserves the Zoning Ordinance as much as possible without <br /> injustice to applicant. <br /> 2) .
