Variance is valid for the life of the lease. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Applicant has secured a lease agreement with the State Department of <br /> Transportation. <br /> 2) . Applicant intends to purchase said property when Department of <br /> Transportation no longer needs highway right-of-way. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) .
