Demler - Perry. <br /> Miller/Quackenbush to grant variance of 30 feet more or less from required <br /> setback to right-of-way of CTH A to permit addition to existing residence. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Existing residence extends nearer to right-of-way than proposed addition. <br /> 2) . Property already has expanded right-of-way. <br /> 3) . County Highway Department has no objection. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance preserves the Zoning Ordinance as much as possible without <br /> injustice to applicant. <br /> 2) . Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #1647. Town of Dunn - Dunn. <br /> Jones/Kruschke to grant permit for projects as proposed, to install culverts, <br /> construct catch basins and clean ditches for improved storm water drainageways. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Projects are intended to alleviate storm water drainage problems in the <br /> neighborhood. <br /> 2) . Both projects are to be accomplished under supervision of professional <br /> engineering. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . The project as planned will not result in substantial detriment to <br /> navigable waters by erosion, sedimentation, impairment of fish or aquatic <br /> life, or safe and healthful conditions. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #1648. Prochaska - Berry. <br /> Jones/Miller to grant, w/conditions, permit to install culverts and fill and <br /> grade for driveway and building site. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1) . (2) 36" Culverts shall be utilized as per alternative plan submitted. <br /> 2) . Statement from professional engineer, upon completion, as to project <br /> being accomplished under acceptable engineering standards. <br /> 3) . Written statement, upon completion, as to satisfaction by township. <br /> 4) . The filled and/or graded and disturbed areas shall be sodded or seeded <br /> with fast growing grasses and mulched to prevent siltation or erosion. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . The project as planned, with specified conditions; will not result in <br /> substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, sedimentation, <br /> impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and healthful conditions. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #1649. Greve - Vermont. <br /> Quackenbush/Kruschke to grant variance of 5 feet more or less from required <br /> centerline CTH JG setback to permit addition to existing residence/restaurant, <br /> also to grant Special Exception Permit w/conditions, for commercial septic <br /> system. <br />
