Bowar - Cross Plains. <br /> Quackenbush/Jones to grant with conditions a variance of 21 feet more or less <br /> from required setback from CTH S to allow 2 story addition to residence. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> Porch shall be removed at owner' s expense, if future highway improvements <br /> should require additional right-of-way. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . New porch replaces existing porch in need of repair. <br /> 2) . New structure encroaches into setback no further than previous porch. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Colletti - Westport. <br /> Jones/Kruschke to grant variance of 6.3 feet more or less from required <br /> sideyard to allow addition to existing residence. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Addition replaces existing structure that was found to be structurally <br /> unsound. <br /> 2). Addition encroaches no nearer to sideyard than was existing. <br /> 3) . Adjoining, most effected, neighbor has no objection. <br />
