(ly MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT COMMITTEE HELD ON October 23, 1986 The following members were present: Voges, Kruschke, Miller & Quackenbush. ALSO: Steven H. Reynolds. Meeting call to order by Chairman Voges at 7:30 p.m. in Room #224 City-County Building as published by Class II Notice. Testimony was recorded on tape. Miller/Kruschke to approve minutes of September 25, 1986. Motion carried - 3-0. #1495. Appeal by William J. Ace III for a variance from required setback from road as provided by Section 10.17 (1) (b) to permit addition to existing residence at 1003 USH 14 in the W 1/2 NW 1/4 - Section 17, Town of Rutland.
