MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT COMMITTEE HELD ON September 25, 1986 The following members were present: Voges, Kruschke, Miller, Jones, Quackenbush. Also: Fleck, Reynolds. Meeting called to order by Chairman Voges in Room #224 City-County Building as published by Class II Notice. Miller/Kruschke to approve minutes of 8/28/86 & 9/23/86. Motion carried - 3-0. #1486. Appeal by Michael Pieper, agent for Windsor Congregational Church for a variance from required setback from road as provided by Section 10.17 (3) to permit addition to existing church at 4434 Second Street in the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 - Section 29, Town of Windsor.
