Appeal by Michael Pieper, agent for Windsor Congregational Church for <br /> a variance from required setback from road as provided by Section 10.17 (3) to <br /> permit addition to existing church at 4434 Second Street in the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 <br /> - Section 29, Town of Windsor. <br /> IN FAVOR: D. Moyer OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: Town Board. <br /> #1487.
