MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY <br /> AP <br /> BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> COMMITTEE HELD ON August 28, 1986 <br /> The following members were present: Voges, Kruschke, Miller, Quackenbush. <br /> Also: Reynolds. <br /> Meeting called to order by Chairman Voges in Room 224 City-County Building as <br /> published by Class II Notice. <br /> Krushcke/Miller to approve minutes of July 24 and August 26, 1986. Motion <br /> carried - 6-0. <br /> #1481 . Appeal by Dan McMeen for a Special Exception Permit as provided by <br /> Section 11 .05 (3) to permit filling, grading, etc. , within 300 feet of Moen <br /> Creek in the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 - Section 27, Town of Vermont. <br /> IN FAVOR: D. McMeen OPPOSED : L. Ziemer COMMUNICATION : Town Board, <br /> County Highway, Town Chairman (by phone) - request abeyance. Letter: L . & E. <br /> Byers. <br /> #1482. Appeal by Nate Weisenberg, agent for Mike Palmer for a Special <br /> Exception Permit as provided by Section 11 .05 (3 ) to permit filling, grading, <br /> etc., within 300 feet of Lake Kegonsa on Lot #5 , Vea Park - Section 30, Town <br /> of Pleasant Springs. <br /> IN FAVOR: N. Weisenberg OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: None. <br /> #1483. Appeal by William Morrissey for a variance from required setback from <br /> road as provided by Section 10. 17 (5) (b) to permit addition to existing <br /> residence at 3208 Old Fox Run on Lot #15, Foxmoor Hills - Section 2, Town of <br /> Burke. <br /> IN FAVOR: W. Morrissey OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: None. <br /> #1484.
