The filled and/or graded and disturbed areas shall be sodded or seeded <br /> with fast growing grasses and mulched to prevent siltation or erosion. <br /> 2). The applicant shall request inspection by the Dane County Zoning <br /> Department upon completion of the project. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1 ). Existing apron and wall is deteriorated significantly. <br /> 2). The project will reduce soil erosion and stabilize the shoreline. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1 ). The project as planned with specified conditions will preserve the <br /> natural shoreline. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #1483. Miller/Quackenbush to approve variance of 3.5 feet more or less from <br /> required setback from Old Fox Run to allow garage enlargement of existing <br /> residence. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1 ). Property is restricted from having accessory buildings. <br /> 2) . Additions to rear of residence prohibited by septic system. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1 ). Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible without <br /> injustice to applicant. <br /> 2). Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #1484. Quackenbush/Krushcke to approve variance of 10 feet more or less from <br /> required setback from Jordan Drive to allow construction of new residence. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1 ). This portion of Jordan Drive does not handle thru traffic, but rather is <br /> service drive for sanitary district. <br /> 2). Lot is only 40 feet in width, bounded by road on 2 sides, lake on another <br /> also has mature trees. <br /> 3) . Property is in an area of numerous nonconforming structures. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1 ). Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible without <br /> injustice to applicant. <br /> 2).
