Krushcke/Miller to approve variance of 1 .5 feet more or less from <br /> required sideyard, 2.5 feet more or less foot variance from required setback <br /> from normal high waterline also variance of 4.7 feet more or less from maximum <br /> height of boathouse to allow structural alteration of existing boathouse. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1 ). Existing boathouse foundation-alteration is to roofline only. <br /> 2) . Boathouse is set into bank and will not obstruct view of neighbors. <br /> 3) . Roofline with greater pitch is needed for snow and ice removal . <br /> 4) . Neighboring boathouses are of similar construction. <br /> #1481 . Kruschke/Quackenbush to reconsider #1481 - motion carried. 4-0. <br /> Kruschke/Quackenbush to amend #1481 , to hold in abeyance pending engineering <br /> data to include a 1 month time limit on providing requested information to the <br /> Board. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> Petitions Held In Abeyance: <br /> #1455. Fisher/Bonin-Dunn - P.H. 5/22/86. <br /> Miller/Kruschke to approve Special Exception Permit, with conditions to fill <br /> and grade within 300 feet of Lake Waubesa. <br /> tor CONDITIONS: <br /> 1 ). Permit granted as per plans submitted. <br /> 2) . The filled and/or graded and disturbed areas shall be sodded or seeded <br /> with fast growing grasses and mulched to prevent siltation or erosion. <br /> 3) . The applicant shall request inspection by the Dane County Zoning <br /> Department upon completion of the project. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1 ). The project as planned, with specified conditions; will not result in <br /> substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, sedimentation, <br /> impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and healthful conditions. <br /> Motion carried - 3-0.
