MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MINUTES COMMITTEE HELD ON October 24, 1985 The following members were present: Voges, Schwahn, Kruschke, Miller, Jones. ALSO: Reynolds, Fleck. Meeting called to order by Chairman Voges at 7:30 p.m. in Room #224 City-County Building to hold public hearing as published by Class II Notice. MINUTES: Motion by Schwahn/Kruschke to approve minutes of October 1, 1985 and October 22, 1985. #1404. Appeal by Mike Braund for a variance from required setback from road, setback from normal high waterline and sideyard as provided by Section 10.17 (3) (b) , 11.03 (2) (a) & 10.123 (8) (a) to permit single family residence as constructed at 4421 Noarts Street in the NW 1/4 - Section 8, Town of Dunn. IN FAVOR: M. Braun OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: Town Board in favor. #1405. Appeal by Ursula Nederhauser for variance from required setback from road as provided by Section 10.17 (3) (b) to permit construction of accessory building at 4903 Capitol View Road in the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 - Section 33, Town of (1, Springfield.
