Appeal by Mike Braund for a variance from required setback from road, <br /> setback from normal high waterline and sideyard as provided by Section 10.17 <br /> (3) (b) , 11.03 (2) (a) & 10.123 (8) (a) to permit single family residence as <br /> constructed at 4421 Noarts Street in the NW 1/4 - Section 8, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: M. Braun OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: Town Board in favor. <br /> #1405. Appeal by Ursula Nederhauser for variance from required setback from <br /> road as provided by Section 10.17 (3) (b) to permit construction of accessory <br /> building at 4903 Capitol View Road in the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 - Section 33, Town of <br /> (1, Springfield. <br /> IN FAVOR: U.
