Braund - Dunn. <br /> Miller/Kruschke to grant variance of 0.25 feet from setback from Waubesa <br /> Avenue, 2 feet more or less from setback from normal high waterline and 1.5 <br /> feet more or less from sideyard. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Lot is in area of many nonconforming structures and numerous similar <br /> variances. <br /> 2). Lot is restrictive due to bound by roads on 3 sides nad lake on 4th. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> a) . Variances preserves the Zoning Ordinance as much as possible without <br /> injustice to applicant. <br /> b) .
