Present structure is existing. New building could be located without <br /> need for variance. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> a) . Unnecessary hardship was not proven in allowing new residence to be <br /> built in other than conforming location. <br /> Motion carried. 5-0. <br /> #1410. Waterloo Malting Co. - Medina. <br /> Jones/Schwahn to grant Special Exception Permit for sludge removal from ponds. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Applicant has orders from D.N.R. to complete project by January 1, <br /> 1986. <br /> 2) . Waste material will be removed from site. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> a) . The project as planned, with D.N.R. specified conditions; will not <br /> result in substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, <br /> sedimentation, impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and <br /> healthful conditions. <br /> b) . The applicant shall request inspection by the Dane County Zoning <br /> Department upon completion of the project. <br /> Motion carried. 5-0. <br /> #1411. Parker - Mazomanie. <br /> Kruschke/Schwahn to grant with conditions of Special Exception Permit to place <br /> fill for septic systems within flood zone of Wisconsin River. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> A. All spoils shall be spread and leveled. <br /> B. The filled and/or graded and disturbed areas shall be sodded or <br /> seeded with fast growing grasses and mulched to prevent siltation or <br /> erosion. <br /> C. The applicant shall request inspection by the Dane County Zoning <br /> Department upon completion of the project. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Project is necessary to correct failing septic systems. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> a) . The project as planned, with specified conditions; will not result in <br /> substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, sedimention, <br /> impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and healthful conditions. <br /> Motion carried. 5-0. <br /> #1412. Barman - Springfield. <br /> Jones/Schwahn to grant Special Exception Permit, to fill and grade within 300 <br /> feet of Six Mile Creek. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Project will prevent "farm run-off" from entering Six Mile Creek. <br /> 2) . "Run-off" structure designated and built under soil conservation <br /> service guidelines. <br />
