Zimmerman - Middleton. <br /> Miller/Kruschke to grant variance of 6 inches more or less from maximum <br /> permitted height of accessory building for residence garage. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Structure was constructed as per plans submitted. <br /> 2) . Slope of concrete floor of garage, for drainage purposes, creates <br /> need for variance. <br /> 3) . Applicant has conversion van with luggage rack which requires larger <br /> than average door height. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance preserves the Zoning Ordinance as much as possible without <br /> injustice to applicant. <br /> 2) . Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public <br /> interest. <br /> Motion carried, 5-0. <br /> #1425.
